This is the original band that recorded those memorable hits and toured for decades with the late great Gordon Lightfoot. This is Not a tribute or clone band. This band includes veterans Rick Haynes on bass, Barry Keane on drums and percussion, Mike Heffernan on keyboards, Carter Lancaster on the lead guitars, and are the same musicians that were on stage and in the studios with Gordon. The Lightfoot Band proudly introduces Andy Mauck as their lead vocalist, playing the Martin D18 6 string guitar and Gibson B45 12 string guitar, just like Gord did. Andy has been a student of Gord’s craft as well as a personal friend for almost 50 years, and together, we are now keeping Gordon’s Music alive.

The Lightfoot Band will be playing the hits, such as Sundown, Carefree Highway, the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, Beautiful, Early Morning Rain, as well as some deeper cuts not heard live for decades. Band members will relate some history and “stories of the road”, and will be available to meet the audience after the show in the lobby area.
