Join Chef Alex Page for a Taste of Heritage. Tour the historical centre to learn about food preparation and the use of herbs in medicine from the mid-1800's to the early 1900's, stroll through the herb garden and learn to make a surprise modernized heritage recipe from 1877, and enjoy a delicious tasting! This event is sponsored by local favourite, Tindall Farm!
