The Region of Durham and the Township of Uxbridge have received a proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment application which has been deemed complete in accordance with the requirements of Section 51 of the Planning Act. The Regional Municipality of Durham and the Planning Committee of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Uxbridge will hold a statutory public meeting to make available adequate information to the public regarding, and to consider the application:

• The purpose of these applications is to rezone the subject lands from 'Recreational Open Space Exception No. 3 (OS-3)' to 'Hamlet Residential Exception No. 53 (HR-53)' previously known as the Hidden Ridge Golf Course property to facilitate the development of 16-lot Plan of Subdivision (Phase 2 lands) consisting of single-detached dwellings serviced by private individual well and septic system.

The public meeting is being held in a hybrid format allowing for in-person attendance or virtual viewing of the public meeting.  The livestream public viewing can be accessed by visiting https://www.uxbridge.ca/en/your-local-government/council-meeting-calendar.aspx. The link will be visible at exactly 7:00 p.m.
